No Refunds
All fees paid to MyChildTutor.com are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made for any tutoring service, lesson package, subscription plan, consultation, or educational program, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Change in academic requirements
- Change in schedule or availability
- Student absence from scheduled classes
- Failure to attend classes
- Dissatisfaction after services have commenced
- Relocation or personal circumstances
Tutor Replacement
If a parent believes that the assigned tutor is not the right fit for the student, MyChildTutor.com may, at its sole discretion, offer a tutor replacement subject to availability. Tutor replacement does not entitle the parent or student to a refund.
Rescheduling
Classes may be rescheduled with prior notice and subject to tutor availability. Missed classes without sufficient notice may be forfeited.
Exceptional Circumstances
We reserve the right to offer an alternative arrangement, replacement tutor, class credit, or rescheduled session. Refunds will not be provided.
Acceptance of Policy
By enrolling in any program, purchasing a lesson package, or making payment for services provided by MyChildTutor.com, parents and students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
